Official “VIP Green Bay Packers Experience” Rules

THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN.

  1. Sponsor. Nsighttel Wireless, LLC d/b/a Nsight and its affiliates doing business as Cellcom, 450 Security Blvd, Green Bay, WI 54313 (“Sponsor”).
  2. Entry Period.  Pre-registration varies by event date and closes 12 hours before each event. Registration is open from June 6, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time until  August 5, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. Central Time.
  3. How to Enter. Enter by pre-registering for a CelYOUbration event via the registration form on the Cellcom website. See entry period rules above. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, errors (mechanical or human), technical issues, undeliverable or unreceived entries or information on entries. Limit one entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Pre-registration varies by event date and closes 12 hours before each event. Online entries received after that date and time will not be accepted.
  4. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Wisconsin and Michigan (“Eligibility Area”) who reside in an area where Cellcom provides service. Void outside of the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s affiliates, authorized dealers and retailers, as well as employees and immediate family members of Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies are ineligible to participate.
  5. Random Drawing. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 8, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The total number of prizes is set out below and the odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of entries received.
  6. Prizes. Two (2) prizes will be awarded as follows:
  • (2) VIP Green Bay Packers Experience Packages including two (2) club seats, a Stadium and Hall of Fame tour and a gift card to the Pro Shop.
  1. Additional Conditions of Prizes:  Sponsor shall have no liability or further obligation to the winners other than to supply the prizes as described, with no further compensation being paid in exchange therefor. All prizes will be accepted by winners “as is”. All prizes may not be awarded if not enough eligible entries are received. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian.  Any and all taxes, fees, incidentals and expenses associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner or parent or legal guardian of a minor winner. By entering, entrants and their parents/legal guardians agree that they will, subject to applicable laws, have no rights to bring (and agree not to bring) any claim, action or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Sponsor that may arise from participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance, award and/or use/misuse of any prize or participation in prize related activities, in this Sweepstakes.
  2. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone call, based upon the information provided in the registration form. Sponsor is not responsible if a prize notification is not received for any reason whatsoever. Potential winners may be required, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to sign a Winner Affidavit and Release.  If the Winner Affidavit and Release is not returned within 10 days of the email notification, the winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize.  An alternate winner may be selected. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY IS VERIFIED, ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED, AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
  3. General Conditions.  This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Sponsor will not disclose the total number of entries received. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants (for minors their parent/legal guardian on their behalf) agree that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin. Cellcom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes at any time. Cellcom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Cellcom, any sponsors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, and damages, which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this sweepstakes or arising directly or indirectly from the prize or use of the prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (or minors their parent/legal guardian on their behalf) consent to the royalty-free use of their names, submissions, voice, photos and or/likenesses, and the fact that entrant is a winner, for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning the prizes and disclaim any implied warranty. If any provision of this Sweepstakes is deemed to violate any federal, state or local law, it shall be amended to conform to such law only to the extent necessary to conform to such law, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event include attorneys’ fees.
